1. The short version
Promethean sets only strictly-necessary cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not use third-party analytics cookies. Under the ePrivacy Directive and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, strictly-necessary cookies do not require consent — they are the ones that make the service work.
2. The cookies we set

3. What we don't set
We do not set Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar, FullStory, or any other third-party tracking or advertising cookies. We do not embed third-party analytics scripts in production. We do not use cross-site tracking.
4. Managing cookies
Because our only cookies are strictly necessary, there is no opt-out mechanism on our side that would still leave the Service functional. You can always block cookies in your browser; doing so will log you out of the dashboard. If we ever add a non-essential cookie, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting it.
5. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced by email or by a banner on the next workspace login at least 30 days before they take effect.
