About compare
Compare is read-only and works across every kind of substrate artefact: L12 entries (the actual signed receipts), RuntimeAISpecs (compares two configurations · same diff machinery as the L11 version-history view), and chains (aggregate per-product comparison: count, latency, fallback rate, schema-valid rate). The diff machinery is the same JsonDiff component used by the reviewer-queue amend flow and the spec-history timeline.
